My campaign is centered on three strategic priorities designed to strengthen our Sisterhood through education, consistency, and collaboration—ensuring collegiate and alumnae Sorors, across chapters of all sizes, in Arkansas, Jamaica, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas, are supported, informed, and equipped to lead.

- Ensure fair, unbiased decision-making grounded in our governing documents
- Provide clear guidance that reduces ambiguity and strengthens accountability

- Support chapters with timely updates to policies and procedures

Expand education & accessibility
- Leveraging modernized training tools and resources that make critical information easier to find, understand, and apply
- Deepen understanding of governing documents
- Strengthen knowledge of membership intake processes
- Increase awareness of scholarship opportunities
Provide guidance & operational support
- Support chapters in conducting elections with clarity and confidence
- Offer tools and resources to strengthen effective chapter management
Advance leadership development
- Enhance certification training for Advisors, Investigators, Trainers, and Regional Officers
- Ensure Sorors across the region are equipped and prepared to lead with excellence
Elevating Delta
Foster communication and trust
- Provide timely guidance, practical resources, and clear direction
- Strengthen alignment and connection among Sorors throughout the region
- Ensure members feel informed, supported, and connected
Serve as a trusted and responsive voice
- Represent and support members across the Southwest region
- Listen actively and engage thoughtfully with member concerns
- Advocate with integrity while ensuring diverse perspectives are considered in decision-making
